Please configure the following settings in IIS SMTP Server:

1. Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel

2. Double-click Administrative Tools

3. Double-click Internet Information Services (IIS)

4. Right-click Default SMTP Virtual Server and click Properties, as below:

5. Click the Messages tab:

6. Ensure that the following boxes are NOT ticked:

Limit message size to (KB)
Limit session size to (KB)
Limit number of messages per connection to

You can restrict the above settings by ticking the relevant box but it is not recommended

7. Click the General tab:

8. Ensure that the IP address selected is set to (All Unassigned)

9. Ensure that Enable logging is checked

10. You can click on Properties to confirm the location of the log files.

11. Click on the Delivery tab:

12. Click Advanced.. and the Advanced Delivery window is displayed:

13. Specify Fully-qualified domain name being your server's allocated domain (for instance, newsletters.ensight.co.za)

14. Click OK to save changes

15. Click OK to save all SMTP changes and test!
